Return and Refund Policy

First and foremost, thank you for your purchase! We know returns may happen for different reasons and we want to give you the possibility to return the goods you purchased, if that is the case. Here are the rules:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

You have seven (7) days to start your Return process upon receipt of the goods. Receipt of the goods is defined as when we get confirmation of USPS that your package has arrived either to the final location, or to your local post office if it was not possible to leave the goods at your door.

In order to start your return, you must send an email to: order@shopallsboutique.com and make sure to write in the subject: Return. Please allow us to reply within 48 hours and give you further instructions.

In order to process your Return, items must be shipped back to us with original tags, unworn and undamaged. We will not be able to process your Return if goods do not meet this criteria once we receive them.

Unfortunately, will not cover any costs related to shipping the goods back to us. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any return related shipping costs.

You will have five (5) days to ship the goods to us, once we confirm you by email that your return will be accepted.

Once your Return is processed, you will get an online store credit to be used within six (6) months of issuance.

Sales items are final and our Return Policy does not apply to them.
